McLube Hullkote is a citrus-based speed polish that combines cleaning and protection in a single application, using the same proprietary bonded suspension system found in McLube's Sailkote. It wipes on and off in half the time of standard petroleum-based polishes, with no drying time needed, and leaves an ultra-smooth, high-gloss finish that repels water, dirt, and salt for reduced drag. It also provides strong UV protection for hulls and spars, contains no petroleum distillates or harsh solvents, and is safe to use on fibreglass, metal, plexiglass, and painted surfaces. A single coat typically lasts over a season above the waterline and multiple race days below it, with extra coats extending durability further.
