Front End Developer

Full Time | 6 Month Contract

We're looking for a skilled, detail-focused developer to join our Winchester team.

You'll need experience working with Django Templates and Tailwind CSS, along with a genuine pride in producing clear, intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Your work will help shape the next generation of the kSail Events Platform, improving the experience for event organisers, volunteers and sailors alike. You'll also play a key role in keeping our user documentation and knowledge base clear, accurate and easy to follow.

You'll be joining a small, dedicated team supporting the sailing community. For the right person, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on a live platform used by major sailing events around the world.

Administrative Assistant

Part Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week | Flexible Working Hours

We're looking for an organised and reliable person to help keep the day-to-day administration of the business running smoothly.

This is a varied role covering administration, sales support and order processing across the different parts of the business. No two days will be quite the same.

Typical tasks include:

Processing sales and purchase orders
Managing invoices and bills
Email and calendar management
Customer communications
Picking, packing and dispatching orders when required

We're looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, has a good eye for detail and is keen to get involved wherever needed. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Working hours are flexible and can be arranged around other commitments.

Machinist

Part Time | 2-3 Days Per Week | Flexible Hours

We're looking for an experienced machinist to join our loft team and help expand our growing range of textile-based products. This is an opportunity to be involved in both production and product development in a growing part of the business.

This will likely include:

Flag production
Covers and canvas work
Bags and storage products
Bow fenders and protective equipment
Occasional sail repairs

If you have experience operating and maintaining domestic and semi-industrial sewing machines, have an eye for detail, enjoy finding practical solutions and trying new ideas, we'd love to hear from you.

Workshop Assistant

Part Time | 2 Days Per Week

We're looking for a practical, hands-on person to join our workshop team.

The role involves helping with the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of dinghies and sailing equipment, together with general workshop tasks. No boatbuilding experience is required, but you should be comfortable working with tools and keen to learn new skills.
