A 4mm spliced Dyneema Firefly jib halyard with spliced tail.
An alternate option for a wire halyard. The dyneema halyard is one solution to prevent the jib halyard from jamming into the side of either the head or foot sheeves. The other options are to increase to a wire size of 3mm (our wire halyards are 3mm) or to add our mast heel shims into the spaces in the mast heel.
